Baseball Hall of Fame Project

Sharing is caring!

Looking for a fun research project? Celebrate the dog days of summer and take a look at some baseball greats with this Baseball Hall of Fame Project. Your young sports enthusiast can research baseball greats such as:

  • Ozzy Smith
  • Rollie Fingers
  • Henry “hank” Aaron
  • Jackie Robinson
  • Babe Ruth
  • Derek Jeter.

Each player has their own page of informational text with links to their Hall of fame page, videos and other key facts.  Complete as many or as few as interest dictates. Put the facts into one of the baseball themed shape books, or keep it simple and summarize them onto a baseball card. There are so many choices for learners to demonstrate learning with this Baseball Hall of Fame project.

The Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum opened in June of 1939. This project makes a great end of the year project, or summer research activity. There are blank baseball cards for free choice research as well.
